Three ways to communicate interactively:

1. Simple Broadcast: Blasts your message to everyone on your list using email, text-messaging, and phone-calls.
2. Confirmed Delivery: Will keep trying to contact each recipient on your list using email, text-messaging, or phone-calls until they confirm they received the message. You can view a report at any time showing who has confirmed they received the message and who has not.
3. Survey: Allows you to ask everyone on your list a question and track the response. For example: "Will you be attending the party? Press 1 if you will be attending, press 2 if you will not be attending, press 3 if you are not sure." You can view real-time reports of who has responded, how many people chose each option (instant RSVP count!), who chose each option, and who has not uyet responded.

   1. Import or enter the contact information of the people you need to communicate with.
   2. Large numbers of contacts can be imported via Excel
   3. Organize your contacts into groups (Soccer Moms, Church Group, Party Attendees, etc.)
   4. Create a message template for your message. (Example: Soccer Practice Reminder).
   5. Choose how you want your message delivered (voice, text, email, or all of the above).
   6. Choose when you want your message to be sent (now, or some date / time in the future)
   7. Record or type the message you want to deliver.
   8. Receive alerts as people confirm they received the message and see a real-time report of who has confirmed and who hasn't.
   9. Our servers send and manage the communications with your recipients. This app does not use any minutes or text messages from your cell phone plan.

   1. For Simple Broadcasts: Each recipient you send a message to uses 1 credit for each contact method you select (SMS or Phone).
   2. For Surveys or Confirmed Delivery: Each recipient you send a message to uses 3 credits for each contact method you select (SMS or Phone).
   3. Each email message that is sent is 1/10th of a credit.

   Credits can be purchased from inside the app for as little as $0.03 each. Note that the app will notify you how many credits your message broadcast will need before you submit it.
